New buliding, 3 floors, apartments 1 or 2 rooms with 2/4 or 4/6 people of maximum capacity. All have terrace and prefectly equipped.
Cleanness: every four days, with change of sheets and towels. Kithcen only cleanness when clients check-out.

Apartments with 1 room have maximum capacity for 4 people, and have living room, complet bathroom, 1 room with 2 single beds, 1 studio coach for 2 people, TV Satellite, microwave, electric cooker, coffepot, water kettle, toasting, iron electric and ironing board, air conditioned and balcony.
Apartments 2 rooms have same 1 room but with 4 single beds and 1 studio coach for 2 people. Maximun capacity, 6 people. Strongbox for rent in reception.
